Fine jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, but to keep it looking as beautiful as the day it was picked up you must look after it carefully
To keep your jewelry clean, we recommend the following:
- Remove your jewelry when working with your hands or doing exercises to prevent dirt from getting into or onto your jewelry.
- Every item purchased comes in a super soft care box or pouch, ideal for keeping your jewelry safe.
- You can clean your jewelry yourself by letting it soak in hot water with detergent for about 30 minutes, cleaning it with a soft (!) toothbrush, rinsing it, and finally drying it with a soft towel.
- You can also bring in your jewelry to clean and polish if necessary. Cost will be charged.
Be careful with your jewelry, its delicate. We recommend the following:
- Remove your jewelry when working with your hands or doing exercises to prevent dirt from getting into or onto your jewelry.
- Although scratches are a sign of the experiences you had wearing your jewelry and part of the charm, you should keep your jewelry at a distance from sand if you are bothered by it.
- Store each jewel separately. Each material has its own hardness. As such, harder materials might scratch softer materials.
- The locks of your bracelet or necklace can wear down. Get it replaced as soon as the suspension softens.
- Have jewelry with stone settings checked every year to avoid losing your stone(s).
